<This post is not an example per se, but rather a tip about how to properly track the buff from these gems.>

    Tracking the buff:

The procs from the legendary meta gems, like many other procs that have been added since MoP (including Jade Spirit) are afflicted by a Blizzard bug that prevents their source from being properly reported via the API.

These gems include Sinister Primal Diamond, Indomitable Primal Diamond, Courageous Primal Diamond, and Capacitive Primal Diamond.

These procs include Tempus Repit, Fortitude, Lucidity (formerly Clearcasting prior to WoW 5.3), and Capacitance.

In order to properly track these procs, you should create a regular buff/debuff icon as you normally would to track any other buff, but you should make sure that the "Only check mine" setting is disabled (unchecked). Otherwise, it will not be properly tracked.

    Regarding internal cooldowns:

To the best of my knowledge, these procs use the RPPM system (that is why their source is not properly reported - procs that come from the new RPPM system don't have their source reported correctly through the API).

It is therefore impractical to track the internal cooldown of these gems since they don't even have a real internal cooldown.
