12 - TMW does not work with version 1.2.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Install via the Curse Client
2.  Attempt to use TMW in game
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the icons popping up whenever the buffs/items are on/off cooldown depending on the button's set up.  Instead, the bar never appears in combat, the icons do not show up, and typing /tmw brings up a transparent bar, rather than a solid bar as it has previously.

What version of the product are you using?
1.2.4

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No Error Log was generated.

Please provide any additional information below.

I've used the AddOn extensively since ToC and it has been great; I hope it will be fixed soon.  Thanks!
