What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Shift+clicking on any username is chatframe will generate a tooltip as if you moused-over them in person.

Basically, if you shift+click on someone's name in chat frames/etc. it will display the tooltip for that player as if you had moused-over them.

It will also trigger a /who and output to the "General" frame (frame1 or 0) which also has the added benefit of triggering any addons that spit out info on /who (i.e. AuldLangSyne Notes). THIS also has the added benefit of adding the AuldLangSyne info to the tooltip generated by WhoTip.

So as you can see - WhoTip is pretty important and equally dead. I have the original addon (working completely fine in 3.3.5 WotLK) if you need to have a look at it.

I hope you will consider "owning" this functionality into TipTac as it's pretty relevant and extremely useful.
