47 - Blizzard_TalentUI.lua error narrowed down to TipTac Franchise :)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load UI
2. Load TipTacTalents addon
3. Mouseover and inspect a few people

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output works fine, also when the error appears and you discard it, everything seems to work (not sure what to pay attention to).
As far as I can assess it's with the Talents part of TipTac. When disabled no errors. When enabled it gives the error when mousing over people or inspecting them.

What version of the product are you using?
  TipTac, v10.12.05
  TipTacItemRef, v10.12.06
  TipTacTalents, v10.11.23 <- think this is the one it happens with.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've deleted my whole folder and all and reinstalled addon for addon. With the TipTacTalents addons I got the error back, so I decided to report here (might well be that it's in conjunction with another addon that causes this to happen). Googling the error gives 2 results on the EU and US wow forums where they all says it's a addon making the fault etc etc. I did what the blue posts advised, and was able to narrow it down to this. Further there are a few results with addons that also make use of talents one way or another (e.g. https://github.com/Elv22/Tukui/commit/3ff2fc37d932c4ab45216a9ee6592f12c7b901ec ) where this was reputedly fixed. Maybe it can be of use for you to determin this issue if it's really with TipTacTalents, or my testing was flaud.

    I don't believe this is actually a TicTac problem, but rather an intermittent bug in the 4.0.6 Blizzard UI.

    Here's a 3-line workaround (stick in any addon at top-level so it runs as early as possible):
