- changed TOC to 20300 for patch 2.3.x

- changed the way Titan Durability gets durability information for items (new API functions)

- added option to show the itemname instead of just the slot ("Head" -> "Über-Ugly Googles")

- changed calculation for repaircost discounts (to be prepared for eventually future repair discount changes like the new vendor discounts coming with 2.3.0)

- all repaircosts can be displayed at once, however the cost next to an item is with highest available discount (actually 10% honored)

- fixed several calculation problems with low level items and very low repair costs (e.g. 1 copper)
