What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download add-on

2. place addon folder into Warcraft >> Interface >> addons, just as all my other addons
3. log in, click the add-on button on the character screen
4. Add on is not showing in list.  It does not show on Titan Panel or in the Titan Panel Plugins config, either.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to at LEAST see it in the main Add-ons button list on the character selection screen.

What version of the product are you using?
most recent avail on Curse (most recent titan panel on curse, too)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
none avail
