New Features:

-Color coded factions depending on reputation level. -Left Click titan panel button to toggle Blizzard Reputation Frame. -Added Filters to hide reputation of a specified level. -Tool tip will no longer show any faction designated as ignored on the Blizzard Reputation Frame. -Cleaned up tool tip formatting.

Changed TOC to current version. Changed LUA to comply with new Titan Panel Requirements for loading Frames and Buttons. Needed to supply (self) param to methods. Changed XML for same reason.

- Exalted (999/1000) factions are now displayed light blue, so they can be easily separated from other "green" factions.
