12 - Minimal display option

Could you add an option to shrink the tooltip? By default, I can't fit the entire thing on the screen without disabling some reputation lines. I'd think the easiest place to start would be to remove the large "Titan Reputation" header with the medal images, to drop the font size, and to skip one line instead of two between every faction section.
