9 - Add left-click broadcasting option

Add the ability to optionally post the WG time to a selected channel when left-clicking the plugin.  There would be a new menu list, similar to the broadcast one, which would allow the user to select which channel would be the target or to disable the action.

    This is partially implemented. The left-click event will currently post to guild. I still need to add the ability to change the channel.
