2 - Elkano's ItemDB does not display in addon list

Elkano's ItemDB appears just fine in the addon panel at the character selection screen, and when i have LoadIT enabled it displays in there. It does not display in TMA, anywhere. I'm not sure if this is a byproduct of grouping or not. It is not present toplevel or in any groups.
