ToolBuster busts all those tools on your server that love to open ports to weird places and use annoying items. This is a real nuisance while queuing up for Wintergrasp when some tool opens a portal to Stonard or puts down a Toy Train Set. It reports everything to you personally but also can report to SAY and RAID if certain conditions are met.

Specifically, it detects:

Portals opened to anywhere but Dalaran
Use of Toy Train Sets
Use of Baby Spice
Summoning a Mole Machine
Throwing a Party Grenade
Piccolo of the Flaming Fire

In the case of Toy Train Sets and Piccolo of the Flaming Fire, it always announces them in both SAY and in RAID regardless since everyone is affected. For anything else, it announces them in RAID only if members of your raid can be affected (i.e. portals and mole machines) allowing your raid leader to properly boot the offender!
