Changes since last release
Inside mode: If the icon size is increased, the top line of the tooltip will now also be enlarged to make room for it.
Background mode: Adds new "fade" command, which does what the old "alpha" setting was intended to do: fades the icon so that the tooltip text is readable over the top of it. This should fix some problems people were seeing after reloading the UI a few times.
/ttii fade <number>
<number> must be in the range 0-1, default setting is 0.4.
