This addon works as-is on the PTR v0.2.0.

Description

Change the default location for the tooltip to the mouse cursor.

Slash Command

/tooltiponmouse (x, y)

/tooltiponmouse X=x Y=y

/tooltiponmouse X=x

/tooltiponmouse Y=y

/tooltiponmouse combat

x

the x offset - negative numbers go left, positive numbers go right.

y

the y offset - negative numbers go down, positive numbers go up.

combat

toggle hiding the tooltips during combat.
