11 - Option to hide enhancement maelstrom bar

Is it possible to have a check box to remove (or not) the maelstrom bar in the enhancement cd panel, it's redundant with other addons.

More options to customize the layout of the Enhancement cooldowns will come in the future, but it will take some time.
