1 - Make movable

I don't think this is a bug but due to it's current hard coded location of the lower left it is kinda hidden by the default bliz ui if you don't have a widescreen monitor :-P

So I surgest haveing it in the center of the scrren by default and movable (maybe a lock tickbox on it)
