See the duration of enemy buffs (cloak of shadows on the rogue)
See the duration of debuffs on friendly targets (sheep on the warrior)
Highlighting of important buffs/debuffs (cloak of shadows/sheep)
Highlighting of cureable targets (my felhunter can dispel sheep, therefore the frame has a blue border)
Assist alert: someone from my party has an enemy warrior targeted and I don't have a focus frame. So instead of the focus frame, I see the blue assist alert frame. I could now use a macro to swap target/focus, assist and swap back to aquire a new focus target.

The remaining duration of my chastise is shown. The same visualization is shown for all buff/debuff durations that you know (own buffs/debuffs and buffs/debuffs of party members with this addon)

The Death Wish buff of the enemy warrior is highlighted, as it makes him immune to fear, which is important for this player (a warlock)
