10 - Not saving frame locations
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logging out
2. Typing /rl (reload UI)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want my frames to be where I left them, they are instead in their default positions

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No
Please provide any additional information below.
This is by FAR my favorite UI addon and I'd love to see this flaw fixed because otherwise they're unusable.
