3 - window is squeezed together

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go into a raid
2. get raid assist (that enables the new marks since 4.1)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
window is squeezed together as shown here:

What version of the product are you using?
Version: 1.3.40100

Do you have an error log of what happened?
only says:

    Thanks for the error report. Certainly i've stopped playing WoW with patch 4.1. Without an active account to test any changes i'm unfortunately not able to fix this error. I've now changed the compatibility statement to 4.0.
