22 - Sell Tab does not find other auctions for some items
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Shift-Click Tin Ore or Heavy Stone while in the sell tab.
2. No Auctions are found, sell prices are defaulting to Market or Selling prices.
3. Click the Browse tab and auctions do exist.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see other auctions and prices for the item. Not seeing other auctions, appears to be mainly related to mining reagents. Other items are working correctly as far as I can tell.
What version of the product are you using?
3.32
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors are reported.
Please provide any additional information below.
I have nUI+ and Carbonite installed and updated as well. This was happening in the last version as well.

Hopefully there will be soon more specific market prices with averages over the last few days. Then the value will be more accurate.

LiamSherborn Aug 22, 2009 at 01:09 UTC - 0 likesOK, A few things (all meant as positive feedback - I love the app. Just trying to help.
1. with Beta On, it does not show most actions in progress - I have about 250 items for sale at any one time and none show when I put them up again.
2. Weirdness with undercut on items when they don't show up - ie. say six items on browse page all listed from 10 to 20 gold, none show up on "Sell" tab, and when you try to undercut it puts in some random number like 23 copper.
3. A strange thought that would be a GREAT feature - somewhere on an item if it could say what you bought it for - if indeed you bought it.
4. With the Lich expansion there are a lot more jewels in circulation and so "possible" profits are way inflated (by like a factor of 10).
5. Any way you could tie to the Alkhazan or one of the other sites databases with updated AH prices. I find them a lot closer than the basic price given (excluding prices in Beta) which can be closer but don't have much history.
6. It seems like a few people can drastically undercut a market and it does not rebound. I have tried buying out all items in hopes of then setting prices at closer to the "market price". Left holding a lot of items as a result ;-(
Overall like it but would warn people about speculating based on values given as they are often not reflective of a particular server. Still like it though.

LiamSherborn Aug 20, 2009 at 01:22 UTC - 0 likesI have had a similar issue with all kinds of items. I will pay attention to details and report back. I have also had an issue related to your response regarding "There is a scan already in progress". It says this whether the icon is blinking or not and even after shift clicking and stopping a scan. Again though the bigger issue is the absence of anything showing up as being for auction and then if I click the browse tab I see that many of the item are in fact up for auction. this further causes the "undercut" and "lower market" defaults to revert to unrelated numbers like 2 silver for any item. I will report back with more details,

If the problem is still there, which language pack are you using?
