VendorValue adds a button to the right of the "Complete Quest" button, which you see when handing in a quest.
When you click this button, VendorValue will choose the reward item which will vendor for the most and then complete the quest.
If there are no quest reward choices, clicking the button will act the same as the "Complete Quest" button.
