Enables mouse wheel scrolling on the blizzard map to increase or decrease map size.
Hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel while the pointer is over the map.
3.03.002 Customise the scroll direction as follows
e.g. Default scrolling direction.
/run VmsAdjust = 0.1
e.g. Reverse scrolling direction.
/run VmsAdjust = -0.1
