14 - Sound alert.

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Sound alert for different events.

Please provide any additional information below.
First of all i'd like to hear sound alerts, when somebody puts magic/disease debuff on some1 in raid, but these alerts must be customizable.
