15 - Not properly working buff watcher.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a group.
2. 1 part of group must go far from you or stand not letting you see them, and 2nd part of group must stand near you.
3. Try to buff everybody using buff watcher, it will try to buff those players, who are far from you, even while there are other players near you without that buff, and it will fail.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First buff watcher must buff yourself and players who can be buffed right now and only after them it must try to buff not visible or out of range plaers.
