22 - Negative Irrelevance (or by other means)

HP Text with Hide Irrelevance option enabled - Allow for Irrelevance to be less than a percentage.
Purpose - Hide HP Text to be hidden completely if raid member is flagged as dead. Allows for raid frames to appear tidier and finding dead people quicker.

- For Hitpoints Text, I use Missing HP under Verbose mode. With the Hide Irrelevance option, is it possible to hide HP text completely if someone is flagged with 'rip' or HP is at 0? Irrelevance can only be set as MORE than a given percentage of HP remaining, not less.
