Waldo is an addon I've just started to develop with the sole purpose of getting data about the interface. You specify a frame and it will spit back to you all the information about the frame. It will show you this information in XML format and LUA format as well.

You can also move and anchor frames with this addon, and it will spit back to you the LUA string to duplicate the movement (so you can type it into an addon or w/e).

COMMANDS: /waldo <frame name> Gives you information about the entered frame, assuming it exists

/setwaldo <frame> <relative point> <relative to> <relative point> <x offset> <y offset> Moves the frame to the position entered. See: http://www.wowwiki.com/API_Region_SetPoint
