Fixed bug, when whisper was send to low level, it referenced nonexistent wariable
1st announce is fired when add-on kick in (1st intertecpted invite) or when announcing is enabled or rescheduled with new period
Whisper is sended when player being kicked because of low level and his name is marked not accept auto-invites anymore for him. Still limit can be lowered and then player can be invited, but invite must be manual.

Fixed bug, when raid is full announce was not announced and timer was silently disabled
When raid is full and you get whisper with request for invite addon whisper back with message "sorry raid is full"
Now announce message tell how many places are free instead old ... (nn/40) ...

Announce in guild channel
Fixed bug with whispers, if it was enabled client was disconnected from server. Ouch!
Now invite is send only three times, it prevent send invites to people who being kicked or ignorig invites or even they write 'inv' (someone who also have similar addon annoucning invites in channels)

When converting party to raid all timers are started. It was bug in r144
Now are invites processed even as ghost in WG

Settings page can be opened via slash comannd /wgar not only from system menu
Convert party to raid, if necessary, is done on 1st request for invite in any channel

Added posibility to whisper invited player
If whisper is enabled kicked player get notice about being lowlevel for invites into raid
More informational messages are posted (if is enabled from settings page)

Timers will not stop when player die and is in ghost form, but battle is still in progress
