WGProRaid

The usage of WGProRaid is quite simple but a lot of stuff is done with slash-commands. (Which is mostly because I have no clue how to get that done visually.)

For all things this addon does, keep two things in mind:

  • It can help you with your raid but it could also ruin it completely.
  • You deal with people.

The GUI is toggled with /wgp, a macro-button does a good job with that. Let's go through the UI: The first block contains the Inviter. It listens for "inv", "invite" et al. and checks if the requester is on the banlist or not. If not, an invitation is sent. The buttons activate or deactivate the inviter.

Below are different options to deal with the raid. The first button "Raidofficer for all" grants privileges to all members of the raid.

"Process Banlist" goes through your raid and removes all players which are found on your banlist.

"Location Cleanup" removes players which are not in wintergrasp. Do not use this button while the raid is still in Dalaran or you will remove all folks.

"Location Report" prints a list of people not in wintergrasp to the raidchannel.

The buttons below the "CleanUp Raidlevel"-Caption remove all players below the printed level.

The majority of functions is available through the console, here the commands:

  • /wgp, /wgp ui Toggles the UI.
  • /wgp officer <name>, /wgp off <name> Toggles a character on the AutoPrivileges list.
  • /wgp officerlist, /wgp olist Lists all registered raidofficers
  • /wgp ban <name> Toggles a character on the banlist.
  • /wgp banlist, /wgp blist Lists all registered bans.
  • /wgp clevel <level>, /qgp clev <level> Removes all characters from the raid below the given level.
    • If you enter a level above 80, all players will be removed. Crap in -> Crap out.
  • /wgp clocation, /wgp cloc Removes all characters from the raid which are not in wintergrasp.
    • If you issue this command before the battle starts, people waiting for a portal in dalaran or enroute will be removed. Crap in -> Crap out.
