Ignored players who deleted their characters will now be reported.

Removing a friend from your friends list with /friend <player> will no longer incorrectly alert that they have deleted their character.

Shift+Clicking a player name in your raid will now insert their name into the chat box (if you're typing something).

Added the ability to create a nickname for any character. Nicknames will show in place of the user's character name. Nicknames are saved across all characters, so once a nickname is set you will not need to set it again on your alts.
