11 - Unecessary AddonMessageSpam
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have guildies running this in raids, or group. Or even from ppl not in your group
2. Turn on AddonSpamFU
3. What GuildiesSpam you every 2 seconds when not group'd and alot more when they chat with you
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not to get unnecessary addonspam from this from ppl in my guild? ;)

Please provide any additional information below.
- Learn proper Client/Server coding..
- Do NOT send sync message to GUILD, GROUP, RAID every 2 seconds
- Send an initial sync message when you get into game, then to group when you join a group, and a raid when you join a raid. Then send an AddonMsg to PERSON when they a) come online b) get into group/raid
