8 - Anti leeching
I know it would be the job of Blizzard to do something against the leechers,but I think the players could fight them too as this addon would get more popular.Monitoring of the players activity could be done by tracking the changes of their power(mana/rage/energy/rp),and by their coordination.A typical leecher player's power,and position don't change at all,so it would be kicked really fast,as it meets both of these conditions.Of course that player would try to join an other raid,but it wouldn't stay for too long in any which would be monitored by WinterTime.Plus there could be a reputation system too.

To monitor everyone would be draining to resources, but that might be alright.
However with Wintergrasp come some unique things not found on other Battlegrounds. Things like turrets, in which a person can spend the whole fight without moving or using their 'energy'.
Lastly I'm not sure what you mean by Reputation. There is no rep gain from Wintergrasp.
