from 23 to 24:

- Added colors to different kind of bars. PVP/BG related bars are one color, quests another, ect.

- Added a way to turn off assault drinks in AB/EOTS (the default is off now). There was just too many drinks with it on.

- Added some rules to AV, still working on finishing AV and WSG rules.
