Added support for friend notes in the universal friends list feature. Adjusted navigation assistant icon placement in Stormwind. Navigation assistant icons will appear on the main map for Ironforge. Navigation assistant icons will always appear on any city map, even when you're not currently located in that city. Navigation assistant icons will appear when you mouse over the tracking icon, and will stay up until you move your mouse away from the minimap. Framerate adjuster can now be turned off. Achievement and PvP micro buttons will no longer disappear when you enable the interface auto-hide feature.
