• Removed XBarLocalizer helper addon, class localizations for XBuffBar are now done using new internal Blizzard tables.
• Fixed error where plugins could register if XBar did not initialize properly.
• Many internal events now queue through LibQueue, you should notice less overall interface latency, with only a slight delay in bar updates.
• Interface latency caused by XCompanionBar reduced drastically (for all you collectors).
• All companion type buttons will now show your current summon highlighted correctly; cooldowns and pets missing reagents will not be available,

however, due to limitations of the Blizzard API.

• Took out some code I had put in for testing which caused the toggles not to show the tooltip.
