8 - old xloot options

I miss option window to  configure addon,abiltiy to link items.Like its hard to setup addon and plugins.

    Implemented.

    Linking items has been in, but only shows up when you can link to the channel you have chosen.

    Plugin options will improve when I re-write them. For now, the main addon has a new options GUI.
