3 - Russian locale support

Hello,
could you please describe localization opts?

As you now, we are using non-latin alphabeth, well known as cyrillic ^_^
Should I define russian symbols in RU.lua like other localization files?

For example,
-- А = /111/111
-- Б = /112/112
-- В = /113/113

or adding

if ( GetLocale() == "ruRU" ) then
BLA-BLA-BLA
end

is enough?

    While trying to handle the problem by myself i added the same stuff kyxap wrote to localization\RU.lua
    but it doesnt help
    so i`d like to suggest our help in translating your great addon
