This is a mini addon which will be very usefull when farming the rare mobs inside the Dire Maul arena for the Orb of Deception. It starts playing a song (from LV70ETC) when the spectator-NPC at the top announces one of the rares has spawned.

For an example of the song type the following ingame: (lasts like 8 minutes)
/script PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Music\\ZoneMusic\\DMF_L70ETC01.mp3")

Or if you installed the addon correctly the following should work asell:
/dmsa test

Remember to turn on the "Sounds in background" options at the "Sounds and voice" settings if you wish to be able to still hear the sounds while, you tab out of the game to browse some websites etc. You can also toggle this with the "/dmsa soundinbg" command.

Frequently asked questions:

Does the addon work while I am in Orgrimmar (or any other place)?
No it doesn't. You really have to be close to the Dire Maul Arena (not in one of the instances) to be in range of the announcement.

Does it work cross-realm?
No, you really have to be near the Dire Maul Arena on the realm you wish to kill the mobs in.

Can I change the song?
No you can't, it's a song in the sound files of your World of Warcraft folder and this is not editable.

Have you farmed the mobs yourself?
Yes I have, so far I have gathered 4 orbs, one for myself, one for a good friend that really wanted one and two when I farmed it for an alt. I gave away the last orb to another friend aswell, but this is an item I like to farm so I am farming another one for another friend. :P

What tactic do you use?
I own 2 accounts so I always park one of them near the arena. With "Sound in background" enabled I can simply go raid and once I hear the sound that one of the rares has spawned I quickly go kill it and hope for the best. I am often logged in at school aswell just to wait for the spawns and this addon makes it so much easier to be the first to kill the mobs.
