MyMediaCreator

This is a Windows .bat file to help you add your own Media into

SharedMedia(Lib,1,2,3,whatever it is called) If you don't know what this is about... you propably won't need this thing :) It is designed to run as separate Addon so it does under no circumstance gets deleted by WoWAceUpdater (myMedia inside SharedMedia does if you use Delete_before_update)

Howto use

MyMediaCreator.bat

  • Unpack to WoWFolder\Interface\Addons
  • run MyMediaCreator.bat (doubleclick it from Explorer..)
  • place your media files into the folders
  • ready to go
  • Maybe check the .lua and rename stuff if you like

MyMediaSharedMedia.bat

  • This file does what "INSTRUCTIONS for MyMedia.txt" tries to explain
  • just put MyMediaSharedMedia.bat into \Interface\Addons\SharedMedia
  • then run it from there
  • Will create "MyMedia files\font" and similar

  • MyMedia is now created the same way the 'official' SharedMedia-XYZ Addons are, => autoselecting LibSharedMedia 1,2,3
