[INACTIVE] Uldum Camel Statues (Figurines)

This project is abandoned.

Whether this project is out of date or its author marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

If you wish to take this project over, please report it and state your intentions.

I am no longer playing World of Warcraft and as such will no longer be keeping any of my addons up-to-date. If any serious addon authors are interested in taking over this or any of my other projects, feel free to contact me here on CurseForge.

Thanks, Looktokid

Many people asked me to add this into LostTreasures, I didn't see that it was fit there and just made this simple addon to add the waypoints to the map similar to the way LostTreasures works with TomTom.

How do I use this addon?

Once you have downloaded and installed the addon type, /cs for a list of commands.

What are the camel figureines for?

These are objects (classified as NPCs) that are located throughout Uldum. Once you interact with on one of these, it will do one of two things:

  1. 95% of the time it will turn into dust, which you can loot and sell for 25 gold. (Crumbled Statue Remnants)
  2. 5% of the time you will be enveloped in a cyclone for about six seconds and then teleported to the Steam Pools in Feralas.
Once you have been teleported to Feralas, you will find a large group of docile camels and an elite giant named, Dormus the Camel Hoarder.
Dorumus has 271,215 health and once defeated will drop Reins of the Grey Riding Camel.

Looting Reins of the Grey Riding Camel will earn you the feat of strength Scourer of the Eternal Sands and the title: <Name> the Camel-Hoarder.

A Special Thanks To..

  • Wowhead and it's users for information, specifically posts by: chiqq and Bareno.
