11 - The Artfact Power Bar is not present in the settings

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi All, i have two enhacement

1- The Artifact Power Bar is not present in the settings to setup. Check the screenshot of the bar, through from CT_BarMod.
2- The indicator of FPS, when clicked in CTRL+R, is behind of the CT_BarMod. Shift UP the indicator of FPS,  putting the indicator to above of Bar.
