42 - Increase buttons

Please increase the number of buttons allowed on a bar to 16 to account for the number of cooking ingredients in Mist of Pandaria expansion. For example, there are more than 12 different types of meat used in cooking and being able to have a bar for each ingredient type would make farming easier.

This can be solved by using the existing "size" command.
