Gladius

406 - Showing Cyclone, Freezing Arrow, and Between the Eyes

Currently, Gladius does not show when an enemy is affected by Cyclone, Freezing Arrow, or Between the Eyes, nor does it show Diminishing Returns for them.

I figured out how to modify my own copy of Gladius to show these spells, but they probably belong in the version that everyone gets too.

I noticed in the source code that the SpellID for *OLD* cyclone was present, but not the Honor Talent version.

To save you some work, the missing SpellID's are as follows:
Cyclone: 209753
Freezing Arrow: 209790 (if that doesn't work try 209789, I added both to mine)
Between the Eyes: 199804
