  3 charge item:
  In the past mounts with charges have not been supported but they were no faster than walking speed.  Should the be added?

  Stats say 60/100 speed increase.. this will probably change.  Below and other sources say 300%

  20 seconds remaining?  Is this only a temporary effect?  If so with only 3 charges it probably won't be supported.  Might change.
