680 - Doesn't mount water skitter in water

It'd be nice if you could select the water skitter to mount in water.

    Water Skitter mounts have a higher priority when summoning in water now over other ground mounts but still a lower priority than mounts that actually move faster under water.

    So far, water surface mounts act like ground mounts on land. Speed increased with guild perk.

    Once I get my hands on the water skitter mounts I'll see what I can do for this.
