GoGoMount currently does not support Anglers Fishing Raft.

GoGoMount should. How should this be supported? Consider it a mount that can be summoned once in water if GoGoMount believes it's the fastest way to travel? Should GoGoMount always keep this buff on the player? Recasting everytime GoGoMount summons a mount even if the player is not in water?
What are people's thoughts on this?

What changes are you referring to from Blizzard? The only changes I've seen other than IsSwimming is IsSubmerged. The only difference between the two is really the character animation that is shown. IsSwimming shows you swimming which is no different under water or on the surface of the water. IsSubmerged is under water but standing (like the bottom of Vashir when you have the buff allowing you to run at the bottom or other water zones with similar buffs).

I know Blizzard has made changes in how the game reads in water vs. under water and I don't know how you differentiate between the two versus using ground or flying mounts (not sure if that makes sense) but in this instance, a dedicated keybind seems like the simplest answer.
