Quick facts:
Has a chance to drop from elite cranes on the Timeless Isle. Has a way better chance to drop from the rare crane.

Consumed on use!
You can send it to your alts.
You can have more than one at a time, it stacks.
You can use it only on Pandaria including Isle of Thunder, Isle of Giants and Timeless Isle.
The effect does not stack with any other movement speed altering effects. Therefore,
in both Alliance and Horde capitals the stock speed buff granted by Jinho the Wind Breaker and Taijing the Cyclone will overwrite (remove) the buff.
