844 - Resizing frames doesn't update layout

Changing the Grid > Frame > Frame Height/Width values doesn't update the layout, causing frames to overlap when values are increased. Changing a layout setting does trigger an update.

Do not post comments on this ticket unless they contain a code patch. I (obviously) know about the (minor) problem and will fix it when I have time to look at the code. This ticket exists as a reminder to myself, not an invitation for "me too" noise.
