854 - Changing profiles does not properly update settings.

Grid version:

7.0.3.3

WoW version, region, and language:

7.0.3 (22522) (Release x64), NA, English

Character level, class, and spec:

100, Shaman, Elemental

Does the problem still happen when all other addons -- including all Grid plugins -- are disabled?

Does the problem still happen after switching to a new profile in Grid with default settings, logging out, and logging back in?

When changing profiles, some settings are not updated properly. The only differences between the different profiles (which are set to fit 5-man, 25-man, and 40-man groups/raids) are the frame height, frame width, and vertical/horizontal groups. Changing from one profile to another using either the GUI or the commands /grid profile choose xxxxx changes some settings, but does not update all settings properly. Issues include: incorrect location (not sure on details) and overlapping frames when changing to wider frames (the width of frames change, but spacing does not). The incorrect location may be due to either the frame itself moving, incorrect updating on anchor location (which is same for all profiles, so maybe not). The issue occurs almost every time (90%+) when swapping profiles. It can be fixed by changing certain things in grid such as changing the layout of the solo layout to something else and back. Sometimes it fixes itself when people join or leave your group.

    Logging out and back in and /reload ui both fix the issue (if by fix you mean force update on position and spacing). Changing profiles again will cause the same issue to occur (does not prevent future issues).

    I'm just looking for a way that doesn't involve a long loading screen or having to go into the GUI and swapping an option such as layout from group to class and back. I asked on wowinterface.com and Phanx said to submit a ticket. There, I asked if there was an in-line command to change some options that force updates on spacing and position that i could make a macro as a temporary fix. (I assumed it was the same issue as ticket#844. It wasn't all that detailed, but it seemed to fit perfectly with the issues I was having)

    Does a reloadUI or logging out and back in fix the issue?

    Not to say that means it isn't a bug, just helpful information.
