      Archimonde trash: added debuffs.

      Archimonde: Added debuffs and updated priorities.
    - Added a lot of missing debuffs and fixed spell ids and priorites for the following in Hellfire Citadel: Trash (for the bosses listed below) Socrethar Tyrant Velhari
    Updated Bad Breath and Fel Fury debuffs to stack.
    Added a couple debuffs for Archimonde, but that is still a work in progress.
    - Workaround for Insanity debuff from Shadow Infuser trash in Hellfire Citadel with Insanity from hunter pet's Ancient Hysteria. If a GridStatusRaidDebuff2 version prior to r33 (6.22) is used, then the trash debuff is disabled. GridStatusRaidDebuff2 r33 and higher ignore the Insanity from Ancient Hysteria and can properly show the trash debuff.
    - Added a lot of missing debuffs and fixed spell ids and priorites for the following in Hellfire Citadel: Trash (for the bosses listed below) Kilrogg Deadeye Gorefiend Shadow-Lord Iskar Fel Lord Zakuun Xhul'horac
