What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Not entirely sure what there is to reproduce it but I guess hovering your cursor over players/items/objects

The tooltip should stay where the mover for Blizzard Tooltip was put.

Doesn't Produce an error log

Currently my blizzard tooltip mover seems to rest to the very top of the screen and centered as if it was reset, and then when I hover over something else it would go back to where I'd put it. I'm not sure what is causing the problem as I have not installed any additional addons and I've tried reinstalling this addon to see if it would fix it.
