What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setting the target and target combo point display to something other than the standard 1.
2. Zoning into dungeons, raids, or bgs resets the scale number for the combo point display.
3. Logging out and back in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Once I set the target and combo point display to .65 the combo point display will stay at that scale for a short amount of time. However, any time that I zone into a new zone the scale on the combo point display will go back to 1 even though it still says that it is showing as .65. I have to reset the combo point display every time.

What version of the product are you using? 15.1.2
